Mis-sold Car Finance Claims

We are pleased to inform clients that they may be eligible for a refund if their car finance agreement was mis-sold. Harrington Jones, together with our appointed third-party law firms, will investigate whether your car finance included a discretionary commission arrangement.

Working in collaboration with our partner law firms, we manage the claims process on your behalf. Successful claims may result in compensation of up to £700* per vehicle.

We currently provide a claims management service under the trading names Consumer Claims and Mandy's Tips. Consumer Claims oversees the entire claims journey for customers, from initial submission through to settlement and payment.

Complaints Procedure

You can do the claim directly yourself to the lender for no charge. You can also approach the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme for free if you wish for them to review your case, if you have approached your lender first, and it falls within their remit.
